[ May 17, 2011; 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. ] An intensive skills training at Camp Cedar Hill in Waltham, Massachusetts, for Emerging Professionals in Camp that will focus on working effectively with camper parents. This will cover critical communication skills, effective strategies for better service to parents and will offer practice in handling the three different types of parent challenges for camp professionals.
